The course is appropriate for adults and children over 10. It includes a theoretical part with the following lectures:

1. Caves formation. Types of caves. What is Karst. Formations.
2. Mountaineering. Mountain trips. Dangers in the mountain.
3. Dangers. How to avoid them. Techniques of penetration. Equipment, lights.
4. Initial alpine training. Alpine equipment.
5. Vertical caves and abysses. Penetration. Penetration equipment. Ropes and type of ropes. Seats, karabiners, stabilization.
6. Mapping. Types of maps. How to work with a compass. Reading and making maps.
7. Biodiversity in caves.
8. Cave archaeology.
9. Life-guarding in caves and mutual aid.

All lectures are accompanied with practice leaded by speleological instructors. Participants are provided by materials and personal equipments.
